The Penn State Fayette Department of Athletics would like to congratulate and welcome the newest member of the Roaring Lions Baseball program.

Alan Vansickle, a Uniontown High School graduate, is expected to make a great impact on the mound for the Fayette Nittany Lions next season.

Vansickle maintained an impressive 3.00 ERA his senior year with the Red Raiders. With his 7 appearances, he managed to get 2 wins with no losses. His senior year he had 30.1 innings pitched, 27 strikeouts, 9 walks, and only 13 earned runs.

Logan is very consistent as well. Over his past 2 seasons as a varsity pitcher, Vansickle maintained a 2.69 ERA in 52 total innings. Within that time, he managed to finish with 50 total strikeouts, 4 wins, and no losses.

Coach Sikorski is excited to see Vansickle's showcase in his first collegiate season for the Fayette Nittany Lions.
