Lemont Furnace, Pa - The Penn State Fayette Department of Athletics would like to congratulate and welcome the newest member of the Fayette Nittany Lions Baseball program.

Michael Coll, an Albert Gallatin High School graduate, has committed to playing baseball for Penn State Fayette.

Coll, in his senior year with the Colonials, had a batting average of .320 on 50 at bats and drove in 11 RBI's. Not only was Coll impressive in the batter's box, but was also very reliable in the field. With 90 total chances in the field, Coll had 86 put outs, 3 assists, and only 1 error.

Reliability in the field is a key factor to Head Coach, Mike Sikorski's, game plan and it will be very easy to use a player like Michael Coll who demonstrates those qualities in all facets of the game.
